Nova is an 8 month old and 60 pound dog who is looking for her forever home. She is super smart and already has an excellent recall and know sit! She loves to learn; she gives a whole new meaning to the term, "teacher's pet" and she is very active as well. She is the perfect "nerd" and "jock" combo!Nova gets to go home with vouchers for two free training sessions with Midtown Mutts to help start off life in their new home on the right paw.Nova will bring home an Adoption Success Kit (powered by Petco Love) for their new family. The tools in this kit will help provide basic enrichment and training and help them adjust to their new home.Her adoption fee was waived so she is free to adopt!I can be pushy when I meet new dogs, so your dog may or may not find me to be the best companion! Please bring your dog down to meet me!I don't have a history with cats. I may do well with them with a slow introduction.I don't have a history with children. I could potentially do well with them; bring your kids down to meet me!If you are interested in this specific animal, please come to the shelter for walk-in adoptions Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30am to 5:30pm. We recommend coming in as early as possible, as adoptions are first-come, first-served
